Return & Refund Policy

At PokeSealed, we take pride in providing authentic and factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Accidental purchases

  • Personal preference

  • Market price fluctuations

  • Opened products

  • Products removed from their original packaging

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging that do not affect the contents

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Pokémon Trading Card Products

Pokémon Trading Card Game products contain random contents determined by the manufacturer.

As a result:

  • Pull rates are not guaranteed.

  • Specific cards are not guaranteed.

  • Receiving cards of lower value than expected is not grounds for a refund.

  • Opened booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, collection boxes, and other trading card products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sealed Product Condition

Products may occasionally have minor imperfections to shrink wrap, seals, corners, or outer packaging due to manufacturing, handling, or shipping.

Minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Mystery Products

All Mystery Box and Mystery Pack sales are final.

Due to the random nature of these products, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided based on the contents received.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products reserve stock specifically for customers prior to release.

Release dates are estimates provided by distributors and may change without notice.

Cancellation requests for pre-orders are subject to approval and may incur a cancellation fee of up to 10% to cover payment processing and administration costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging where applicable

If a claim is approved, PokeSealed may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

PokeSealed is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
