If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are sold before stock is received.

Release dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.

PokeSealed is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

In the event of supplier allocation reductions, we reserve the right to adjust quantities or cancel affected orders and provide an appropriate refund.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Promotions, discounts, and sales are available for limited periods and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Pokémon Trading Card Products

Trading card products contain random contents determined by the manufacturer.

PokeSealed does not guarantee:

• Specific cards

• Pull rates

• Card values

• Investment performance

Variations in card condition, centering, print quality, or manufacturing defects are controlled by the manufacturer and are not considered faults unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders.

Additional shipping charges may apply where incorrect addresses are provided.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
